Which payment options are accepted?
Bank deposits, mobile payments, UPI, net banking, cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, Razorpay, and PayPal are all accepted at GemsGurudev.
Which credit card and debit card types are accepted?
Via Razorpay, we accept Visa, American Express, Diner’s Club, and JCB cards that were issued in India. We accept all cards issued outside of India using Razorpay and PayPal.
Note: We accept Wire Transfer Payment either in USD or INR.
For NetBanking, which bank do you support?

Do you offer a COD facility?
Yes, we offer a COD facility. We offer a COD option above INR 5000 some selected locations.
Do you support UPI Payment?
We do accept UPI payments, yes. When UPI is an option for online payments, customers can utilize it to make purchases. Users must input their Virtual Payment Address (VPA), which is xyz@upi. A collect request will then be sent to the user via the BHIM or any other UPI app. To finish the payment, the user only needs to input their UPI-PIN. Regardless of the bank’s operating hours, all payments are made instantly and around-the-clock.
Is it possible for me to put the money straight into your bank account?

How will the client be notified when the transaction is successful?
A confirmation email or call will be sent to the customer’s registered email address or mobile device following a successful transaction.
What should the customer do if the transaction has failed?
You can contact your respective banks if the transaction failed and your money was taken out, and they will issue a refund to you within 24 to 48 hours. We can also be reached via phone at +91 8013766666 or by email at support@gemsgurudev.com.
What occurs if the merchant has not received the money after the customer's account has been debited?
The consumer must contact the appropriate bank or send us the transaction details at support@gemsgurudev.com or gemsgurudev@gmail.com if they have already made the payment and the merchant has not received it.
Do you have an option of Western Union transfer?

Do you offer an EMI facility?
No, we do not offer EMI facilities.
How do I place an order on GemsGurudev.com?
You can place an order online or by calling our customer service department.
Is it possible to create a unique jewelry design for my gemstone?
It is possible to have a unique jewelry design created for your gemstone. Custom jewelry should, however, cost more than INR 40,000. Additionally, it is dependent on the design, as some patterns cannot be produced by hand or at the pricing we list for the other designs. Before placing your purchase, please email us the specifics of your design and gemstones for greater clarity. Our customer service team will reply after internally determining whether the design is feasible. We make every effort to fulfill your request. Please take note, however, that depending on the design’s complexity, some designs may cost more to make.
What is the Free Lab Certificate?
Many websites and stores nowadays offer lab-created or artificial gemstones as natural gemstones, heated or treated gemstones as unheated or untreated gemstones, or gemstones of inferior quality from lower-quality mines or origins as higher-quality gemstones. A genuine gemstone lab certification is the only simple way for a novice buyer to identify these. Regardless of the price of the gemstone, GemPundit offers a free government and ISO recognized lab certification from outside third parties. Even if you sell your gemstone for INR 100 or INR 1 million, you will still get a free lab certificate. Never purchase a gemstone until a lab has certified its origin, composition, and treatments.

What identifies a genuine gemstone from a fake?
Only a reputable Gem Testing Laboratory is able to determine a gemstone’s authenticity. For initial advice, a professional gemologist may be considered, but the Gem Lab Certificate from a reputable Gem Testing Lab must always be relied upon. The Gemstone Laboratory certificate guarantees and provides essential gemstone descriptions that will give customers a great deal of peace of mind. It lessens the possibility of falling into a scam while buying phony diamonds. By including genuine IGI, IGITL, GEMTRUE, GIA, GRS, GII, and other gemstone certificates with every transaction, GemsGurudev offers our customers the benefit of certainty.
How long does it take for a loose gemstone to be shipped?
It usually takes 1 to 3 days for courier services to deliver a product in a metro area and 4 to 7 days for non-metropolitan areas. It may take an extra 2 to 5 days for the merchandise to be delivered, though, if you are using a paid certification or puja energization service.
Which gemstones cannot be exported outside of India?
Till now we are able to send all the gems outside India
How can I view the status of my orders?
The first step in viewing your order and its status is to log into your GemsGurudev account. You can also phone or email us to check the status of your order.
Note: To view the order or orders, you must log into your GemsGurudev account. You won’t be able to see orders, dispatch dates, order statuses, etc. if you made an account but haven’t checked in.
How do I follow up on my order?
You will receive an email from our team with the order tracking ID and web link as soon as the order ships. The provided URL and tracking ID will allow you to track your cargo online. Additionally, your registered email address will receive timely order notifications.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Paying the courier in cash when your order arrives, rather than when you placed it, is known as “cash on delivery.”
Does Cash on Delivery apply to every location?
Only in specific places in India is cash on delivery an option. Regretfully, not all courier services provide this option, thus if cash on delivery is not available for your Pincode after you place your order, our customer support team will help. Generally speaking, the Cash on Delivery option is available in most large towns and all major metro areas. In other states, such as West Bengal, Cash on Delivery is not offered at all. Are all products eligible for cash on delivery?
All non-customized orders are eligible for cash on delivery. Customized orders are those that are made just for you. In these situations, you will have to pay the customs amount (not the full cost) in advance. For instance, a gemstone set into a bracelet, ring, or pendant is a bespoke order. Customized orders also include orders with paid certifications (such GTL, IGI, or IGI-GTL) or Pooja energization services. The ring, pendant, bracelet, puja services, or certificate will all require upfront payment; the remaining balance can be paid with Cash on Delivery.
Before I pay the money, can I open the package?
No. Even if you plan to accept the package afterwards, courier guys are not permitted to carry any open packets. In order for them to give you the package, you must pay them in cash. Regretfully, this is a non-negotiable courier company policy.
